01What you get

Not just translated. Explained.

You don’t get a wall of translated text. You get a Document Report — read the first page and you’ll know what the document is and what you need to do.

  1. 01

    What it is

Who sent it and what it’s about, in three lines.

  2. 02

    Deadline & amounts

Due dates, amounts and what to bring — pulled to the top.

  3. 03

    Your to-do list

Pay, submit, call. What the document asks of you, as a checklist.

  4. 04

    Cautions

What happens if you ignore it, and common mistakes.

  5. 05

    Where to ask

The issuer’s contact desk, and where to get expert help.

  6. 06

    Translation & glossary

The full translation and difficult terms, as an appendix.

Note: we don’t fill in forms or write answers for you. YOMOO translates and explains what a document says.

02Documents

Made for documents like these.

  • Notices from city or ward office
  • Tax, pension and health insurance
  • School and nursery letters
  • Rental contracts and renewals
  • Hospital and pharmacy papers
  • Work documents and payslips

It works the other way, too: English or Sinhala documents into a Japanese report.

    09FAQ

    Questions

    Which languages?

Japanese ⇄ English and Japanese ⇄ Sinhala. Tamil is coming soon.

    How is the price calculated?

By page count only. A Document Report (summary, to-dos, full translation and glossary) is ¥3,980 for 1–3 pages, +¥800 per page from the 4th. The optional “Two-language set (English + සිංහල)” is +¥1,000. Up to 10 pages per order (all amounts TBD).

    How fast is it?

In the beta, usually 30 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on the number of pages.

Can I send several different documents?

Yes. One order can contain any number of different documents, up to 10 pages in total, priced by the total number of pages. The report gives each document its own section, sorted by nearest deadline, with a short overview at the top — for example “3 documents — do this one first”.

What if my photo is blurry?

We run a readability check before you pay and ask you to retake any page we can’t read. We handle unreadable documents by re-shooting, not by refund.

    Handwritten documents?

If it is clearly visible, we translate it. Anything unreadable is marked in the report, and you can upload a re-shot image for a new report at no extra charge.

    What happens to my upload?

In the beta, your files are used only to create your report and are discarded as soon as processing ends. Neither files nor reports are stored on our servers. Reading and translation are done by Cloudflare’s AI service (Workers AI).

Can you tell me how to fill it in?

We don’t fill in forms or answer individual questions. The report explains what the document is asking for.
