DRAFTDRAFT: this document is a pre-launch draft. It is not final and has not yet been reviewed by a professional. The Japanese version will prevail.
Terms of Use
These terms set out the conditions for using YOMOO (the “Service”), a document translation and explanation service provided by oOllIn LLC (“we”).
1. What the Service does
AI reads the image or PDF of a document you upload and automatically creates a Document Report with a translation and an explanation of its content. No human checks the output.
2. What the Service does not include
- Filling in forms, writing answers, or submitting documents for you
- Answering individual questions or consultations
- Certified translations for submission to government offices, schools, courts, etc.
- Legal, visa or tax advice
3. AI translation
Document Reports are reference information created automatically by AI. We do not guarantee that translations or explanations are accurate or complete. Before making important decisions, please check with the issuer of the document or a professional.
4. Unreadable documents (re-shoot)
If a document cannot be read — blurry, dark, handwritten, or partly cut off — our readability check tells you before you pay. If part of a document still cannot be read, we handle it by letting you upload a re-shot image at no extra charge, not by refund.
5. Price and payment
The price depends on the number of pages and the options chosen, and is shown on the order screen and the Legal Notice (amounts TBD). Up to 10 pages per order. Payment by credit card etc. via Stripe (planned).
6. Prohibited use
- Uploading other people’s personal information without their consent
- Use for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to public order
- Interfering with the operation of the Service
7. Limitation of liability
Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damage arising from your use of a Document Report. Where we are liable, the amount is limited to what you paid for that order (TBD).
8. Changes
We may change these terms when necessary. Changes take effect when posted on the Service’s website.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Japanese law. The Yokohama District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance (TBD).
Effective date: TBD (draft of 20 Oct 2026)
