Privacy Policy
oOllIn LLC (“we”) handles information entrusted to YOMOO as follows.
1. Information we collect
- Images and PDFs of documents you upload, and the information in them (processed temporarily to create your report; not stored)
- The Document Reports we create (shown only on your device; we do not store them)
- Beta feedback (ratings, comments and an optional name; no document contents)
- Your invite code (saved only in your own browser)
- Your email address (if used to send the report — planned)
- Payment information (card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store them)
- Access information (time, browser type, etc.)
2. How we use it
- To create and deliver Document Reports
- To analyse beta feedback and improve the Service
- To process payments (full version)
- To prevent misuse and run the Service safely
- To respond to inquiries about orders and technical problems
3. How we handle documents (beta)
Uploaded documents are processed in memory only, to create your report, and are discarded as soon as the report has been returned to you. We do not store document images, the text read from them or the Document Reports on our servers or in any database. Our access records contain only technical information such as time, number of pages and processing time — never document contents or file names. If the full version introduces a retention period, we will announce it in this policy first.
4. AI processing and training
Documents are read, translated and explained by Cloudflare, Inc.’s AI service (Workers AI). Document images and the text read from them are sent to Cloudflare for processing. Cloudflare states that it does not use content processed by Workers AI to train AI models and does not retain it after processing. We do not use your documents to train AI either.
5. External services
The Service uses the following external services and sends them information only as needed.
- Cloudflare (website delivery, AI reading and translation via Workers AI, storage of beta feedback)
- Stripe (payments — planned for the full version; not used in the beta)
- If we add another AI provider in future (e.g. models via OpenRouter), we will announce it in this policy first
6. Sharing with third parties
Except where required by law, we do not share personal information with third parties without your consent.
